Whether you are a fresh graduate or approaching retirement, LGEA offers an exciting range of support and resources to help you get ahead at every stage of your career.
Registered Professional Engineer of Professionals Australia (RPEng) is the professional engineer accreditation program established by the Association of Professional Engineers Australia (APEA).
RPEng was established to give degree-qualified engineers a more affordable and more practical solution to engineer accreditation.
As an assessment entity for the Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland (BPEQ), APEA has the highest professional standards. All that we ask is that applicants are a member of Professionals Australia or the LGEA, have at least five years’ experience as an engineer, an eligible engineering qualification and undertake continual professional development.

Are you worried about fulfilling your continuing professional development (CPD) requirements? Well, don’t be, because LGEA has you covered, and what’s more, it’s included in your membership at no extra cost!
